MyTopStock ("we", "our", "us") offers an optional paid subscription service known as the Gold Membership ("Membership"). Membership provides premium features on the Site, including but not limited to the ability to highlight or feature reviews, and any additional benefits listed on our Site from time to time.
By purchasing or renewing a Gold Membership, you agree to these Membership Terms, which form part of our overall Terms of Use.
Gold Membership is available only to registered users aged 18 or over. By subscribing, you confirm that you have the legal right and capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.
(a) Payment Processor – Payments are handled securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By purchasing a Membership, you also agree to Stripe’s own terms of service and privacy policy.
(b) Pricing and Currency – Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may vary depending on your location, currency, or taxes.
(c) Automatic Renewal – Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly or yearly), unless cancelled before the renewal date.
(d) Renewal Notices – We will send a clear reminder email in advance of each renewal, stating the renewal date, price, and how to cancel.
(e) Updating Payment Details – You authorise us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for each renewal. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid.
(f) Taxes – Prices may include or exclude applicable VAT, GST, or sales taxes, depending on your location. You are responsible for any such taxes not collected by us.
(g) Payment Failures – If payment cannot be processed, your Membership benefits may be suspended or cancelled until payment is successfully made.
(a) Cancellation – You can cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [insert support email].
(b) Cooling-Off Period – If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, unless you have already accessed or used Membership features during that time.
(c) After Cancellation – Your Membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
(d) Refunds – Except for the 14-day statutory right or where required by applicable law, all Membership fees are non-refundable.
(e) Termination by Us – We may terminate or suspend your Membership if you breach these Terms, misuse the Site, or fail to pay. No refunds are due in such cases.
(a) Gold Members may highlight or feature their reviews and may access additional premium tools or visibility benefits as described on the Site.
(b) We may modify, remove, or introduce new features from time to time, provided that we notify Members in advance of any material change.
(c) All highlighted content remains subject to our moderation policies and may be removed if it breaches our rules or community guidelines.
(a) We may adjust Membership pricing, billing frequency, or benefits from time to time. Any changes will take effect from the next billing period and will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.
(b) If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your Membership before the renewal date.
(a) Membership is available worldwide, but certain features, currencies, or payment methods may not be available in all countries.
(b) Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
(c) In countries where auto-renewal or recurring billing laws require additional consent or notices (including California, Canada, and Australia), we will comply with those requirements.
