  DENVER, May 14, 2025--Spruce Power Holding Corporation (NYSE: SPRU) ("Spruce") today announced that its board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program (the "Share Repurchase Program") to repurchase up to $50 million of Spruce’s common stock on or before May 15, 2027, beginning upon the expiry of its current share repurchase program on May 15, 2025. • Spruce Power Announces Chief Financial Officer Transition
  DENVER, May 05, 2025--Spruce Power Holding Corporation (NYSE: SPRU) ("Spruce" or the "Company") today announced that Sarah Wells, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), has resigned, effective May 14, 2025, to pursue other opportunities. Spruce expects to appoint an interim CFO prior to Wells departing. The Company is undertaking a search to fill the CFO position on a permanent basis.
